Description
Socializing those first years of school, the playground became our retreat from the daily ritual of creating the productive souls we were expected to be behind the desks of elementary education.
We gravitated to games as simple as Four Square, and in the process learned to compete, to share, to gather memories for a lifetime. Our memories were shaped by those around us, by the games we played, by the pets we took care of.
Four authors give their unique but universal take on life, on people and pets no longer here and people and pets still impacting our lives.
